Encourages public to share ideas, concerns

MILAN, Mich. — Senator Rebekah Warren (D–Ann Arbor) will be meeting with residents next Thursday, Sept. 28th from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Milan Coney Island in Milan to discuss current issues in the legislature — with discussion topics including a resolution to bring the first Fisher House to Michigan for military families, and recent Senate bills (SB 335 and SB 336) that would increase the influence of corporate and special interest money in Michigan politics — along with the most effective ways citizens can advocate for change on important public issues.

Sen. Warren represents citizens living in the cities of Ann Arbor, Milan, Saline and Ypsilanti, as well as the townships of Ann Arbor, Augusta, Pittsfield, Salem, Superior, York and Ypsilanti.
