Sen. Ananich on Federal Government Allowing Health Care for Flint Water Crisis Victims

Health care will be expanded to people up to age 21

LANSING, Mich. — Senator Jim Ananich (D–Flint) released the following statement regarding the federal government announcing an expansion of health care for Flint residents up to the age of 21.   

“Flint residents need this assistance, and President Obama again is showing true leadership. I hope the Republicans in the U.S. Senate and the Michigan House take note and drop their efforts to slow down additional aid.”
