LANSING, Mich. (Feb. 14, 2022) — Members of Michigan’s legislative Firearm Safety and Violence Prevention Caucus, chaired by Sen. Rosemary Bayer (D-Beverly Hills), will host a press conference tomorrow afternoon to discuss introduced legislation that would require guns to be stored safely to prevent injury and provide criminal penalties if failure to safely store a gun results in injury or death.
