LANSING, Mich. — State Sen. Winnie Brinks (D–Grand Rapids) today issued the following statement on Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s State of the State Address and her commitment to fight for Michigan families:
“West Michigan families deserve clean water, affordable education, pathways to a good-paying job and safe roads to get there. I look forward to working with Gov. Whitmer to protect our drinking water from PFAS and address the issues that matter most to the people of our state — from education to infrastructure.”
