Kalamazoo State Senator Sean McCann is proposing legislation that would scrap a bill approved by the legislature and signed by Former Governor Snyder just before he left office. It would prevent State agencies from adopting stricter environmental and other state regulations than federal standards, unless there is a clear and convincing need.
