LANSING, Mich. – State Sen. Mallory McMorrow (D–Royal Oak) today issued the following statement on being appointed to serve as the Minority Vice Chair of the Senate Economic and Small Business Development Committee, and as a member of the Senate Energy and Technology Committee and the Senate Insurance and Banking Committee.
“I am excited for the opportunity to serve on committees that tackle some of the most complex issues facing Oakland County and our state. We must start looking at policies surrounding economic development from a wider lens in order to ensure we are supporting innovation and growth.
