LANSING — State Sen. Dayna Polehanki (D–Livonia) issued the following statement on today’s no-fault auto insurance reform legislation:
“Western Wayne County drivers deserve rate relief. I am pleased that this bipartisan legislation provides individuals, seniors and families with options for rate rollbacks. The bill also limits non-driving factors and holds insurance companies accountable, requiring them to explain and defend rates.”
