Public event planned for Monday evening at The Chase Sports Bar
LANSING, Mich. (May 10, 2023) — Sen. Sue Shink (D-Northfield Township) and Jackson Pride Center will host a happy hour in honor of Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s recent signing of Senate Bill 4, which expands the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act to provide protection from discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression.
This celebration will take place on Monday, May 15, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at The Chase Sports Bar located in Jackson.
