LANSING, Mich. (Dec. 8, 2021) — Michigan’s legislative Firearm Safety and Violence Prevention Caucus, chaired by Sen. Rosemary Bayer (D-Beverly Hills) and Rep. Brenda Carter (D-Pontiac), will host a press conference tomorrow morning to introduce legislation that would limit the sale or possession of a newly purchased magazine capable of holding more than 10 rounds of ammunition.
