December is National Impaired Driving Awareness Month - a time to reflect on the dangers of impaired driving and the devastating impact it has on individuals, families, and communities. Well one thing we can do is expand public transportation so it’s more reliable and people can depend on it instead of driving. Recently saw a bar in plymouth post: “the parking lot is repaired, come drive here and have a drink” if we don’t change our infrastructure and city planning incentives we will continue to have this problem

First, we shopped for some holiday treats at blackbird by dear prudence in Downtown Northville - Everything was so pretty and festive, and it was so nice to visit with the employees! (Photos 1 & 2)

Next, we visited Rebecca’s Michigan Store - also in Northville! Though the store may be small, it sure is mighty in its selection of Michigan merchandise!! So many goods - and goodies - to be had! (Photo 3)

Today, I want to tell you about Omelette & Waffle Cafe in downtown Plymouth (and a location in Northville!). 🍳🧇 A cozy place with astonishingly good food!
