Yet, Winnie "The Loser" Brinks refuses to allow Black and Latino people to recover "Attorney Fees and Court Costs" when they receive "Declaratory Relief" as a result of proving the Open Meetings Act has been violated in Court! Brinks Stinks as a result of refusing to reply to emails and calls about the risk-free bill to fix this problem!
