ICYMI: Governor Gretchen Whitmer recently signed a slate of bills championed by our Senate Democratic Majority into law, including legislation that:

🤱 Strengthens protections against discrimination for breastfeeding moms;
🤝 Restores collective bargaining rights for 35,000 home care workers;
🏥 Ensures rural hospitals have the resources to provide quality healthcare services;
💵 Lowers costs for families by expanding access to cash assistance through the Family Independence Program;

Keep up the good work!

Sorry Winnie…restoring collective bargaining rights…to people who are taking care of their own relatives…this move finished the amount of reimbursement for these family members by making them pay union dues. Granholm did the same thing 20 years ago.
