I look forward to working with Governor Whitmer and my colleagues in the Senate to advocate for the people of Michigan.”

Sen. Cavanagh was elected to the House of Representatives in 2020, serving the communities of Redford Township and Northwest Detroit. During her time as representative, Sen. Cavanagh prioritized the needs of small businesses, frontliners, and her community’s most vulnerable populations.
