After decades of spending major money on education, we are near the bottom of school rankings. Something else is very wrong and money ain’t fixing it.
Pulling money and creating scarcity isn’t the way. BUT… what is the state doing to increase oversight and accountability for how districts spend funds? I FOIA’d my own district and am aware that not all funds were spent as earmarked.
