Are Republicans really going to violate the MI Constitution as their first substantive act?!

I feel like everybody needs to go watch Schoolhouse Rock and then read the Constitution.

The next decision point after the legislature votes is when the governor decides whether to sign it, not the clerk deciding whether to kill the bill independently.
