Vote Red

Vote Red and vote out the nazi democRATs!

The Senate Committee on Finance, Insurance, and Consumer Protection voted to advance my bill to enhance protections for people facing garnishment of their wages for collection of consumer debt.

Currently, Michigan has the worst protections in the nation for people facing garnishment. My bill, SB 408, will protect very low income people from garnishment and ensure that public benefits like the EITC are not snatched up by debt collectors. In general, if passed, SB 408 will take Michigan from the worst in the nation for debt collection protections to the middle of the pack.

We also have the highest car insurance

That’s fantastic news! It’s great to see progress being made for those who need it most. What do you think the next steps will be for getting this bill passed?

State Senator Jeff Irwin, I told you shortly after the assassination of Donald J. Trump failed, there was no doubt Trump would easily win the Electoral votes and also win the National Popular votes. That is exactly what happened. It also was a landslide. This makes me wonder if the Democrats out there such as disgraced Senator Stephanie "Communist Change" Chang still want that bill making it so the President is determined by the winner of the National Popular Vote. I am SO GLAD there was a "Red Wave" yesterday. I truly suffered from "Grass Is Greener" syndrome due to the fact that RINOs such as Tom "The Con" Leonard, Mike "Dark Money" Shirkey, Graham "Full of It" Filler, Lee "Sex Criminal" Chatfield, "Korrupt" Klint Kesto, and others similar to them did not improve Michigan's Sunshine Laws over a FOUR DECADE period of time! My attitude was, "The Republicans have had FOUR DECADES to make it so the Governor and Legislature are no longer 'Immune' to the Freedom of Information Act, but the GOP has miseralby failed to correct this problem, just as the GOP has failed to repair the Open Meetings Act from 2015 to 2022. It is time to give the Democrats a chance." BOY WAS I WRONG!!!!!!! The Democrats were EVEN WORSE than the Republicans!!! Yeah, it was outright PATHETIC the way Senator Jim Runestad and State Representative Andrew Beeler didn't have the guts to "Publicly Oppose" Senate Leader Mike "Dark Money" Shirkey the way Donald Trump did. Trump publicly said many times, "Michigan Senator Mike Shirkey is a RINO disgrace to the GOP." But, the Democrats did EVEN WORSE! At least Runestad "Sponsored" a bill at all. There were other Republicans who also sponsored the bill. And many Democrats who co-sponsored - including State Rep Jeff Irwin, who comes from a universe where Jeff Irwin has guts that Senator Jeff Irwin does not. I sent an email to 100% of the Democrat Senators and 100% of the Democrat State Reps. Only four State Reps and two Senators even responded. All gave the standard message of, "I don't represent your District." The Republicans I contacted from 2015 to 2022 were not in my District, but always sponsored the bill to repair the Open Meetings Act. It was the corrupt "Leader' who were controlled by "PACs" and "Lobbyists" who stopped the bill from being voted on and passing. In early 2023, I learned ALL the Democrats were controlled by the PACs and Lobbyists from the Michigan Townships Association and Michigan Municipal League. This is why NONE of the Democrats responded to me about repair the Open Meetings Act bill. Donald J. Trump won the state of Michigan, won the Electoral vote in a landslide, and won the National Popular Vote in a landslide. This shows the Democrats that their "Liberal" forms of corruption are NOT popular! Governor Gretchen Whitmer, I want you to know you completely hung yourself and ended your political career when you refused to sign the bill to improve the Freedom of Information Act so the Governor and Legislature would no longer be "immune" to the Freedom of Information Act. It is TERRIBLE the way Michigan is one of only two states in the Nation where the Governor and Legislature are "immune" to the Freedom of Information Act. Whitmer PROMISED she would sign any bill to improve the Sunshine Laws that reached her desk. Whitmer did NOT keep that promise! What is even worse is the corrupt "Leaders" of the Democrat Party - Winnie "The Loser" Brinks and "Sloppy Joe" Tate - showed their poor taste by refusing to fight against Gretchen Whitmer, even though the bill to improve the FOIA had bi-partisan support and easily enough support to defeat Whitmer. I can now say with 100% certaintly, the Democrat Majority in the House and Senate during the term of a Democrat Governor was EVEN WORSE than that similar type of Republican Majority. Whitmer should know that when she tries to run for President, there will be people like me reminding EVERYONE how Michigan's Governor had the opportunity to correct Michigan's severe problem with the Freedom of Information Act, but REFUSED to sign the bill to improve transparency - all because Whitmer has too many secrets from the public! And the Legislature proved they had no real desire to improve Michigan's transparency. If Rep. Joe Tate and Winnie Brinks truly desired to see the FOIA improved, they would have put the "People" ahead of "Politics" by doing what is best for "Everybody" in order to improve the FOIA. But the Democrats do NOT care about the people or transparency of Michigan. I'm tagging Outside Legal Counsel PLC in this, just so Attorney Philip Ellison also gets some enjoyment from watching the Red Wave hit Democrat wimps at such a high velocity that the Donkeys donkey even have the ability to dry the Blues.
